How to Reserve

  3. Download the floor plan and detailed information to confirm everything.
  4. Click Reserve on that apartment.
  5. Fill in your personal details (name, email, phone…).
  6. Electronically sign the reservation contract via Logalty (secure, certified digital signature). You’ll receive an email link to sign in seconds.
  7. Pay the £1,000 by credit card (secure, encrypted process).

Done! Your apartment is reserved instantly.

What happens next?

We’ll contact you within hours. We’ll send details for paying the remaining deposit by bank transfer (within a maximum of 10 days). If not completed, the reservation cancels and the £1,000 is forfeited.
